I have had Rocktown Rentals manage the rental of our unit on Bradley Drive since earlier this year. Julie Hamann has helped us make positive upgrades to our unit, making it more desirable to renters. She worked very hard to find us renters for our unit despite the fact that we had none up until July. This was due to the neglect of our previous rental management company and the current Harrisonburg rental market.

Julie and Donna make you feel like family when you lease from them. The atmosphere alone when you walk into Rocktown Rentals makes you want to stay and talk, and you truly get to feel as if they’re your friends. Not only are the apartments tremendous, but the organization and leadership they provide is better than any other apartment complex I have rented from. If anything needs to get fixed it happens that same day or the next.

During the last one to two years, Mrs. Julie Hamann from Rocktown Property Management has shown more interest in the promotion of Hunters Ridge than the current management company has shown in years. Her enthusiasm for the complex has led quite a few owners to upgrade their units leading to a more positive impression of Hunters Ridge and a higher occupany rate for the complex. Under her leadership as President of the Board, she has initiated much more attention to details such as the general appearance of the complex, including general clean-up, landscaping, new outdoor lights and the installation of new vinyl in units. We highly Rocktown Rentals!

I would recommend Rocktown Rentals. In my short time as a resident (3 months), I have been very impressed. My townhouse was well maintained and even came decorated when I moved in. Their rental rates are some of the best in the area and their dedication to tenant satisfaction seems to be their top priority. We have only had a couple of maintenance problems while I have lived here and both times the problems were fixed completely and quickly.

Our experience with Rocktown Rentals has been great. They are very friendly and they care about their renters and their properties. If anything goes wrong in the house, I can trust that they will be over right away. I especially appreciate that they have put alarm systems in some of the houses, and even hired a security guard to walk through the neighborhood on the weekends!
