Please include your application fee of $35.00 made payable to Rocktown Rentals. Don't forget to sign your application!
Each person over the age of 18 will need to submit their own application and application fee. The application fee is nonrefundable. Our application process consists of confirming employment/income, checking credit/criminal background and checking any previous rental references.
